Managed Office Space
for charities and voluntary organisations

Within The Slater Centre there is a large open plan office area in which charities and voluntary groups can rent one or more desk positions. (Commercial organisations requiring comparable facilities in the area should contact New Greenham Park - see www.new-greenham-park.co.uk/50.)

Renting a desk position will provide an organisation with:

• Desk and chair
• Lockable storage
• Broadband internet link
• Telephone line monthly rental
• Use of private rooms for confidential phone calls/counselling sessions
• Access to a colour photocopier
• Access to a shared colour printer
• Use of water coolers
• Building services (lighting, heating, reception, lifts etc)

Desk position rental is £95 per month inclusive of VAT

Other costs are based on usage on a cost recovery basis. They are:

• Telephone calls made
• Tea/Coffee facilities (currently 50p/person per day)
• Photocopying (3p B/W; 20p Colour)
• Meeting room usage (at 50% reduction)
• One off telephone and IT configuration charges

Desk positions may be rented for any period (in whole months)
